Content: Affiliate Websites must meet the following criteria:

No Sexually explicit materials

No violence

No illegal activities

No fake or counterfeit items

No Racist or Prejudice materials

Cannot Infringe upon others intellectual property rights

No knowledgeably Unrighteous or Untruthful materials

No linking, marketing, affiliation with any website or company who promotes any of the above in any way.

Search Engines. :

You will not be compensated for paid search traffic purchased from Google.com, Yahoo.com, MSN.com or any other search engine or from any content networks, such as Google AdSense, Yahoo! Publisher Network, and MSN ContentAds, if it is linked directly to Christian Outfitters .Org owned website. Linking to a non Christian Outfitters .Org domain is allowed.

Christian Outfitters .Org Trademarks:

You will not use in your domain name or URL (specifically, any term before the third "/" of your URL) nor purchase or register in any search, referral, or advertising service (such as Ask.com's "Sponsored Listings" keyword program) any of the following terms:

1.Any domestic or international Christian Outfitters .Org company trademarks or any URL or keyword string that includes Christian Outfitters .Org company names (for example, "www.yourcompany-christianoutfitters.org"

Christian Outfitters .Org Tracking Tags:

As part of the Program we may provide you with tools, products, and creative assets (collectively, "Assets") that include information that helps track Transactions generated by You and attribute them to Your Account. You will use each of these Assets only in their intended manner as instructed by Christian Outfitters .Org, and will not corrupt, modify, or disable them. You will not deliver any Christian Outfitters .Org cookies or other tracking tags to the computers of users that are merely viewing Your advertisements or while Your applications are merely active or open.

Spyware,Adware,Malware and all Client Machine Programs:

Our affiliate system will not accept any sales commissions arising from ads generated by spyware, adware, malware on any program originating on the end-user's machine. The allowed client programs are Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Netscape and all major browsers.Only Websites are allowed to link to our website.

Virus or file-sharing Webites:

No websites intentionally distributing Viruses or sharing files such as .exe, .mp3(without the artists consent), etc. are allowed participation in this program.

Popups or Persistent Ads:

Users must be able to close (without ending their browser sessions) any pop-ups, pop-unders, or other advertisements that cover otherwise viewable content.

Children:

The website content must not specifically or primarily be marketed to children under the age of 18 or downloadable from websites or services primarily oriented toward children.

Prohibited Operations:

The hosting website may not do any of the following functions unless explicitly instructed to do so by the user.

sending unsolicited information or material to another computer; diverting the user to another site not requested by the user; initiating or terminating a user's connection to the Internet;modifying the user's settings with respect to browser home page, Internet connections (including default access provider), bookmarks, or security levels;keystroke logging; automatic re-installing or re-activating itself or another application after being uninstalled or removed by the user; removing or disabling security, pop-up-blocking, anti-virus, anti-Adware, or anti-spyware programs on the user's computer.

For these purposes, spyware is defined as software that surreptitiously gathers a user's personally identifiable information.

Incentive Sites:

You will not directly or indirectly offer any consideration or incentive for any Commission-Earning Activity or for clicking on an affiliate program-coded link unless expressly authorized to do so in writing by Christian Outfitters .Org. Each such written authorization will authorize only one specific incentive. Any subsequent change to an authorized incentive must be re-submitted in writing for authorization by Christian Outfitters .Org.

Your Responsibility for Your Agents:

Christian Outfitters .Org DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Christian Outfitters .Org , EACH INDIVIDUALLY, EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY RELATING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR THE PROGRAM.

Email Promotion:

You agree not to send any mass (over 20 in one month) emails in Your promotion of the Christian Outfitters .Org site unless authorized and approved to do so by Christian Outfitters .Org. Authorization and approval of email marketing includes additional terms and conditions to which you must agree before such promotion begins.

Global Compliance:

Any infractions of these terms and conditions will be monitored and enforced globally. Violations in one country program will be counted equal with violations in all other country programs with which You or your Agents are affiliated.

Publishers Indemnification Obligations:

You will defend, indemnify, and hold each of Christian Outfitters .Org harmless against all claims, liabilities, and expenses claimed or incurred by third parties directly or indirectly as a result of any breach of these terms and conditions, and/or distribution or use of applications or content by You, Your Agents, or anyone else that you are affiliated with.

Remedy for Breach:

If You breach any of these terms, in addition to any other available remedies, Christian Outfitters .Org may remove You from the Program immediately, withhold or recover any compensation for transactions not in compliance with these terms, and seek removal of any search terms registered or purchased in violation of the terms.

Amendment:

Christian Outfitters .Org may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notifying you.

Acceptance:

By adding our affiliate link or banner to your website, You are agreeing to be bound the terms in these Terms and Conditions. If You do not understand or agree to all of the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions, do not post our affiliate link on your website.

Beta testing conditions:

Our affiliate system is currently in Beta testing mode. Any miscalculations that are found will be corrected. If such discrepancy is found, you will be paid the correct amount, not the amount in err.

We reserve the right to ban any websites based on the ethical criteria mentioned above or any future criteria.

Your IP has been logged. Purposefully illegal activity or hacking attempts will be prosecuted.
